Everyone is to pay ANOTHER $5 to class fund by TODAY (beg/borrow/steal). Current amount of money left in class fund is $70, but the total estimated cost price for the C&D fundraising is $145.50, therefore another $75.50 is needed. $75.50/18 people=$4.19444444 is needed to be paid by every member of the class. Rounded off to $5 because bamboo skewers need to be bought.

Choral and Drama Night (11 November) – Done By: Teck
Seaweed chicken
I left my book at kylie' house. planning about seaweed chicken and profits etc will be updated later by her.
Our estimated cost for the whole of C and D fundraising is $133. NYGH will refund us $80/$100 not confirmed. therefore, please pay up. and extra money may be collected as it is still not enough. assuming that we do get back our money, it will be split equally.
so don't give excuses like "i don't have" or "didn't bring" cause it IS our last week as a class. so make it a class effort.
12:06 PM<3

basically, loves;
I LOVE YOU ALL, PLEASE DON'T LET ME LEAVE YOU.
this applies to everyone! because no matter what we've been through, it's twenty times what any other class has been through. seriously!
we're the class that works the hardest;
we're the class that slacks the hardest, we're the class that laughs the hardest; we're the class that cries the hardest. :JINGYI
it's not really the 'pro' (forlackofabetterword) quality of what we've all been through together that matters, it's what we've gone through together! we've braved the pineapple-covered storms, we've eaten mountains, we've put flowers in everyone's hair and tossed aside all odds and every single piece of homework, etc (feel free to add, please, please!), and i can quite confidently say that i don't want to leave 212, i never want to leave 212!
i don't know, maybe some people might want to, but we have like woodglue between all of us and we're all being slowly consumed by 212ness.
i don't make sense, i'm sorry, but you get the driftwood! (WOODPUNS :D)
i love you guys. i'm sorry for whatever, but mostly; i love you guys <3

FINAL END OF YEAR 212 CLASS SPEECH
One of the loveliest things about my class is that ironically, we’re extremely united in not being united.
Since day one it has never, NEVER been about co-operation, or teamwork, or class spirit with us. While most other classes are celebrating the numerous awards they win as a class, or telling others how great their class was during our first month or two at Nanyang, we were complaining to everybody about being the losers of the SBGE. We all wanted to transfer to a better class because half the class didn’t hand up the math worksheet due the week before, and I remember how we always segregated ourselves and ostracised one particular person every 3 weeks.
212 is my comfort zone, and I know that to twelvers’ that it will always be our comfort zone, where we’re able to be ourselves, where we can be engulfed in another unique day of mini-classfights, cliques, moments of “UGGHHH SO ANNOYING CAN YOU SHUT UP TOH HUI RAN”, very frequent fangirling “AHH ZAC EFRON DOMINIC COOPER OMGOMG SO HOT”. It’s a place where we are free to be overly competitive, marks-obsessed, selfish, bitchy, annoying—because it’s a world where all our negative traits are embraced, and where we are allowed to have oceans in the middle of our palms.
And of course, the people each of us have grown to love.
I know I’ll definitely miss how teck VERY ANNOYINGLY SHHHHHH-es everyone, and of course, her TECK quotes about food in which a whole Facebook group is dedicated to :D Rachel, who is a flower-eating cow and proud of it! Chloe, who has really cool pet rocks! Wenxian, who makes us laugh with her wasting-whiteboard-marker antics. Esther, our lovely Monitoress whom we love dearly, and Enting, whose 哇哇大笑laughter you just heard in our class montage.
In our two years together, I can’t think of a single incident where everyone handed up their worksheets on time. But you know, we get used to that now. Imagine, the class cheers when ONLY 2 people didn’t hand up their worksheets.
I know this speech makes it sound like our flaws are good things, but I think to me at least, they are good things. They are what defines us as a class. We’ve all wondered, more than once, what defines our class, and we couldn’t find an answer. But the answer was actually right there in our faces, our weaknesses and flaws define us.
There is no other class, to twelvers’, more unique than a bunch of China-national- anthem-singing, flower-eating, never-hand-up-work-ing individuals like ourselves.
We, define ourselves; and we, define 212.
I CRIED WRITING THIS OKAY! this is kylie, by the way!
