Instructions:

o Cook the Nuggets/Chicken/Sausages before coming to school. Two toasters will be provided to heat up the nuggets.

o Uncover the pots/containers upon reaching school so it won’t turn soggy

o Lay the Big Aluminum Tray (3) with kitchen towels to absorb the oil.

o Place Tupperware +towels on Mobile trays. Food on mobile trays. Trays will have 1 tong and a few plastic bags.

o Start selling :]
